The University of Southeastern Philippines – College of Technology, through its KiblaONE CT-UPGRADE Program, successfully conducted Project 5: Electronic Product Assembly and Servicing at Molopolo National High School, Kiblawan, Davao del Sur, on September 20–21, 27–28, and October 4, 2025. This multi-day training equipped teachers, students, and community members with essential skills in CCTV installation, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) setup, Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installation, and microcontroller-based electronics projects. Led by Project Leader Assoc. Prof. Michael G. Calago, supported by the USeP-CT Extension Team—Mr. Joseph G. Villarmino (Program Leader); Assoc. Prof. Jovenel E. Bontilao and Assoc. Prof. Amiel B. Marata (Activity Leaders) and Assoc. Prof. Jocelyn B. Dofitas, Mr. Jeriel D. Mugas, Ms. Marriel S. Madronero-Descallar, Mr. Jeffrey M. Lopez, and Mr. Joemarie M. Lague (Facilitators)—the training effectively combined theory and practice, helping participants develop real-world competencies in troubleshooting, wiring, and system configuration. The activity culminated with participants proudly demonstrating their ability to apply technical knowledge to practical, community-based solutions.
