The College of Technology Local Council (CT-LC) is the highest student-governing body of the College of Technology at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) – Obrero Campus. The council represents the interests of the students and supports initiatives that promote academic excellence, leadership, and student engagement within the college.

Guided by its strategic plans, the College of Technology Local Council actively partners with various organizations and participates in activities and programs that benefit the majority of students in the College of Technology. These initiatives aim to strengthen student participation, support institutional programs, and contribute to the overall development of the college community.
