The University of Southeastern Philippines – Mintal Campus, through the College of Development Management, has once again affirmed its commitment to academic excellence as its Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics (BSAE) and Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) programs received the prestigious 2025 Certificate of Accreditation from the National Network of Quality Assurance Agencies (NNQAA), Inc., upon the recommendation of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. Both programs were granted Level IV (Re-accredited) status, the highest level of quality recognition for higher education programs in the country, signifying performance and outcomes comparable to excellent academic programs in leading universities.

The certificates of accreditation were formally conferred on March 5, 2026 during the Annual NNQAA Quality Assurance Summit and Conferment Ceremony held at the Heritage Hotel Manila, where Dr. Aristeo C. Salapa, former Dean of the College of Development Management and now Campus Administrator, received the awards on behalf of the University President. Signed by NNQAA President Dr. Anthony M. Penaso and Chairman Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega, CESE, the documents underscore USePโ€™s institutional commitment to excellence, sustainability, and transformation in delivering quality higher education.

USeP leadership, faculty, students, and stakeholders of the BS Agricultural Economics and Bachelor of Public Administration programs celebrate this milestone as both an honor and a challenge to further strengthen academic programs, research productivity, and community engagement in support of regional and national development. This latest feat adds to the Universityโ€™s growing track record as a quality-assured state institution dedicated to advancing agriculture, public service, and development in Mindanao and the Philippines.
