With a strong commitment to fostering a culture of strategic reflection and performance excellence, the Research and Development Division (RDD) of the University of Southeastern Philippines conducted its Mid-Year Evaluation cum Planning and Target Setting 2025 held at SMAARRDEC-OSIS, USeP Obrero Campus, Iñigo St., Bo. Obrero, Davao City.

The activity convened RDD personnel to assess progress made from January to June 2025, surface key challenges, and identify good practices across the Division. Through collaborative and reflective session, the team recalibrated deliverables, reaffirmed their roles, and crafted concrete action plans for the second half of the year.

Key highlights included the presentation of consolidated accomplishments, open discussions on implementation gaps, and SWOT-inspired planning that informed more focused and achievable targets for Q3 and Q4 2025. The event also underscored the importance of communication, coordination, and accountability across RDD functions.

As the Division moves forward, the RDD affirms its commitment to uphold results-driven strategies and aligned performance to support the University’s vision of becoming a premier research university transforming communities in the ASEAN and beyond.
