Sajed S. Ingilan is Associate Professor V at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP), where he teaches linguistics, and Sulu and Mindanao Studies. He is the Chief Editor of the Southeastern Philippines Journal of Research and Development, a Q2 Scopus-indexed journal. Educated at USeP and University of the Philippines Diliman, he is a certified writer and editor by the National Book Development Board-Philippines and associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines.
