The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with College Impact Japan (CIJ), marking the beginning of a partnership that aims to strengthen academic and research collaboration between the two institutions.
The ceremonial signing was attended by representatives from both institutions, including Dr. Bonifacio G. Gabales, Jr., President of USeP; Kiyomi Tajima, Organizer and Head of College Impact Japan; Dr. Kimihiro Tsumura, University Professor and Organizer of College Impact Japan; Dr. Adora P. Zerrudo, Director of the International Affairs Division of USeP; and Dr. Susan Vicente D. Villarente, Program Head of the Bachelor of Special Needs Education at USeP.
Both institutions share the vision of advancing academic excellence and promoting global engagement. Through this agreement, USeP and CIJ commit to providing greater opportunities for faculty, staff, and students while fostering stronger academic and cultural ties between the Philippines and Japan. The collaboration also reflects the strong dedication to preparing globally competitive graduates and advancing educational innovation.
