Congratulations to ๐๐ž๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐“. ๐†๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐จ ๐‰๐ซ., a MALit student of the University of Southeastern Philippines, for being selected as one of the fellows for the 2026 ๐ƒ๐š๐ฏ๐š๐จ ๐–๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ under the Fiction category.
Out of 61 applications received, Mr. Grumo emerged as one of the 12 writers whose works stood out for their literary merit and potential for growth. Organized by the Davao Writers Guild, the workshop recognizes promising voices in Mindanao literature while celebrating the regionโ€™s rich linguistic and cultural diversity through works written in Binisaya, Maguindanaon, Mandaya, Filipino, and English.
This achievement reflects Mr. Grumoโ€™s dedication to storytelling and his growing contribution to contemporary literature in Mindanao. The USeP community joins in celebrating this well-deserved recognition and wishes him continued success in his literary journey.
