Workshop is known to be the “Ikalimang Saling Panitik: Bienvenido Lumbera Seminar-Palihan. with the theme “Pagsasalin bilang Pedagohiya.” It aims to develop writing skills, the expression of ideas, and to contribute to the continued literary and cultural development of the Philippines.
