Mandate

The College of Agriculture and Related Sciences (CARS) of the University of Southeastern Philippines is mandated to provide quality instruction, research, extension, and production in agriculture and allied disciplines. It is committed to developing competent, innovative, and socially responsible professionals equipped with scientific knowledge and practical skills necessary for sustainable agricultural development, food security, and environmental stewardship.

The College serves as a center for agricultural learning and innovation by promoting relevant research, technology transfer, and community engagement programs that support farmers, agribusiness stakeholders, and rural communities. Through its academic programs and extension initiatives, CARS contributes to the advancement of agricultural productivity, rural development, and sustainable resource management in the region and beyond.
