Guided by the theme, \u201cGrowing with Purpose, Healing with Passion,\u201d the gathering formally welcomed the new Level I medical students into a community bound by excellence, service, compassion, and lifelong learning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The event was more than just a welcome program; it served as a powerful introduction to the values and culture of the USeP School of Medicine. With inspiring messages from faculty and student leaders, meaningful discussions, and engaging interactions among freshmen, upperclassmen, and mentors, the event created an atmosphere of encouragement and solidarity. It reminded every aspiring physician that the journey to becoming a doctor is never a solitary one.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">During the assembly, students were urged to approach the challenges of medical education with resilience and purpose. The event fostered camaraderie among future healthcare professionals and strengthened the sense of belonging that is essential for navigating the rigorous demands of medical training. It also provided incoming students with opportunities to build connections, gain valuable insights, and start their medical journey with confidence and determination.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4: Quality Education and 3: Good Health and Well-Being, SIBOL 2026 reflects the School of Medicine\u2019s commitment to providing an inclusive, supportive, and transformative learning environment that prepares future physicians to deliver accessible, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare to communities.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">As the newest members of the USeP School of Medicine embark on their journey, SIBOL 2026 serves as a reminder that becoming a physician involves more than just mastering science. It is also about developing character, empathy, and a genuine commitment to service.
