Ni\u00f1o, Talaingod, Davao del Norte, in partnership with Tatag IP Students Foundation, Inc. (TIPSFI), Ata-Manobo Tribal Council of Elders and Leaders of Talaingod, Inc. (ATCELTA), and 60th Infantry Battalion. Participated in by cultural bearers and IP youth, the program strengthened ICT skills while safeguarding indigenous knowledge and traditions, bridging technology and culture for sustainable community empowerment.
