With the sub-theme, โ€œLead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!โ€ this yearโ€™s celebration highlights the important role of womenโ€™s leadership in building inclusive, respectful, and supportive communities. It also affirms the shared responsibility of Women and Everyone (WE) in advancing gender equality and creating spaces where all can participate and thrive.

As a community of scholars and public service providers, USeP remains committed to promoting a learning and working environment that upholds respect, equal opportunity, and empowerment for all members of the academic community.

The University will officially kick off the month-long observance on March 2, 2026, during the First Flag Raising Ceremony of the month.

May this Womenโ€™s Month strengthen our collective efforts to uphold equality, dignity, and inclusive leadership in our University and in the communities we serve.
