The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) formally entered into a ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐บ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ (๐ ๐ข๐) with 1PhysEd.Ph Training and Development Services for the conduct of the๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ต๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป from May 5 to 9, 2026. The partnership highlighted the Universityโs commitment to advancing quality physical education and strengthening professional development initiatives through the leadership of the College of Education, particularly the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) program.
The MOA signing was conducted on May 5, 2026, at the University Board Room. The agreement was signed by Dr. Bonifacio G. Gabales Jr., University President, and Mr. Jay-R L. Beterbo, Co-Founder and Program Director of 1PhysEd.Ph.
Also present during the signing ceremony were Dr. Jeneifer C. Nueva, VP for Academic Affairs; Dr. Raquel D. Almasa, Dean of the College of Education; Dr. Jose Alther M. Rivera, OSAS Director; and Dr. Ava Sheldin T. Guerrero, Fitness Center Manager & MAEd ELM Coordinator.
Representing 1PhysEd.Ph were Mr. Mark Anthony Go, Finance and Legal Manager; Ms. Venzus Joan Eclarinal, Secretary General; and Mr. Jan Martin Resurreccion, National Ambassador.
The convention serves as a platform for educators, students, fitness professionals, and physical education advocates to engage in academic discussions, collaborative learning, and international exchange of best practices in the field of physical education. Through this partnership, the USeP College of Education further strengthened its role in promoting excellence, innovation, and global engagement in physical education and teacher education, aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 17.
