The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) officially opened its 47th Founding Anniversary celebration on December 15, 2025, marking the beginning of a week filled with gratitude, reflection, and unity. The College of Development Management (CDM) joined the university-wide festivity through a series of meaningful local events that embodied the college\u2019s commitment to service, excellence, and community spirit.<\/div>\n

The celebration began with a \ud835\udc13\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc24\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 \ud835\udc07\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc32 \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2c, where faculty members, staff, and students gathered in solemn thanksgiving for the blessings and achievements of the past year. The Mass set a reflective and hopeful tone, grounding the community in shared purpose and values that continue to guide CDM\u2019s work in development and education.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Following the Mass was the \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 \ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1f \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc30\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc32 \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b, a dedicated space envisioned to promote collaboration, student engagement, and belongingness among CDM students. The center\u2019s blessing marked a new chapter for the college, the one that empowers learners and future development leaders to connect, grow, and lead meaningfully.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Throughout the college\u2019s activities, Dr. Ma. Luisa B. Faunillan, Vice President for Administration, joined and celebrated with the CDM community, showing her continued support for the college\u2019s initiatives and milestones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A major highlight of the morning was the \ud835\udc00\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc13\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1f \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc2b. \ud835\udc00\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc28 \ud835\udc02. \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1a, who will conclude his four-year term of service on December 31, 2025. In his address, Dr. Salapa shared the college\u2019s key accomplishments under his leadership, including strengthened research programs, successful accreditation undertakings, and enhanced student services. His heartfelt message captured CDM\u2019s progress and the shared dedication of its faculty and staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
