This is a four-year program which aims to produce professionals in agricultural development management and economic planning with distinct capability of stewardship in fields of agricultural institutions. The program encouraged learners to explore diverse approaches in responding to the call of sustainable agricultural production, distribution, management and global agricultural supply chain anchored on principles of ecological sensitivity, and, inclusive growth and development. It brings agricultural and economic theories to life by combining technical and practical aspects of agriculture and economics in dealing with emerging challenging policy questions, environmental issues and persistent problems in the agricultural sector. Thus, the field of agricultural economics continues to be relevant, efficient and effective in addressing these issues by rethinking the conventional theories and assumptions of the applied economics in agriculture.

The Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness program, in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines prescribed in CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 24, Series of 2007, aims to produce educated and well-rounded professionals in agribusiness who are capable of meeting national and global demands for highly trained managers, academicians, researchers, extension workers, and entrepreneurs. The program emphasizes the creation, management, and operation of agricultural enterprises.

It adopts a systems-oriented approach that highlights the interrelationships among various activities and factors influencing the manufacture and distribution of farm inputs; the production processes on the farm; and the storage, processing, and marketing of agricultural products and their derivatives. These are examined within the broader context of the country’s biophysical, socio-cultural, political, and economic environments and aligned with sustainable development goals and national development needs.

The Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) program, as prescribed under CMO No. 6, series of 2010, equips students with the theoretical and practical competencies required for effective governance and public service. It prepares graduates for technical and administrative positions in government, including the Foreign Service, as well as in civil society organizations. The program also provides a strong foundation for those interested in pursuing law or careers that demand leadership, policy analysis, and decision-making skills. BPA graduates are expected to assume executive and policy-making roles in both elective and appointive capacities in government and in various civil society institutions.

The program, in accordance with the provisions of CHED Memorandum Order No. 31, s. 2017, aims to provide undergraduate students with foundational knowledge in the discipline of anthropology. It highlights the development of technical competencies and methodological skills necessary for the collection and analysis of anthropological data from the field, thereby preparing students for advanced studies or specialization in the sub-fields of the discipline.
